The fridge did not work. At the free breakfast no coffee. We asked for coffee and by the time it was made breakfast was over.

I booked the room for three weeks through a third-party. Obviously, they don’t like third-party booking. The first two weeks were OK except the housekeeper could not understand English and I could never get anything I asked for. Also, I was accused of stealing towels because the towels were picked up by another housekeeper. The beginning of the third week it was a nightmare started. I noticed one morning it was leaking under my sink. So, knowing that my housekeeper didn’t understand English I wrote a note and brought it to the front desk and ask them to please fix it. When I got back from work it seem like it was better but still leaking . The next day I went to work came back and it was pouring water. Water Damaged Some of my things. The lady at the front door was very nice however she told me she had to call Mr. Patel that they call PJ. PJ wanted me to stay in that same room. I couldn’t believe it. So, I moved to another room. The next day a friend of mine stopped by with his service dog. The lady from the front desk by the name of Brenda that is very unprofessional and rude told me that I had to pack my things up and leave. Brenda proceeded to tell me that service dogs don’t bark. L O L wow. My friend ended up leaving and bringing his dog with him however I stayed that one night and that was it. I left the next day after calling Mr. Patel asking him if he was going to replace the items that were damaged by the water that was pouring out and he replied no that wasn’t his problem. He is a greedy, rude, disrespectful business owner. I will never stay at the quality Inn again And everyone I tell is in disbelief of how I was treated. Mr. Patel will be getting a letter from me because I demand my things be replaced or else. And Brenda, the lady at the front desk that says service dogs don’t bark you may need to go back to school. Or maybe you need to go back to the Oyo or Americans best value that’s more your style.

Check in was so easy. Staff was very polite at the front desk and made it a pleasurable experience.
