Quality Inn Alexandria

The room was dirty. Eaxh corner had small dirty and dust pile up along webs. The open hole vent in the shower was full of thick old dust. When we pulled the bed up the floor underneath hasn't been cleanin what looked like over a month. Lastly rhe front desk gal was rude, not wanting to do her job correctly and vlaming everything else. Not a god experience at all.

All of it was not good.

Hot water, nice desk clerk. Noisy A/C shutting on off all night. Worst was the dirty bathroom - looks like never mopped, hairs around baseboards, lots of mildew around the tub fixtures. See pics. I don't expect fancy at this price, but I DO expect CLEAN.

I booked a stay at the Quality Inn through Expedia, and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into the room, I knew I couldn’t stay there. The room had a terrible smell, and the bathtub was in awful condition—completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one I paid for. Within less than five minutes of seeing the room, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for either Expedia or the hotel to process it. This entire experience has been frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend booking this property to anyone. Expedia also needs to do better with handling these situations and ensuring their listed hotels meet a certain standard. Save yourself the hassle and book
