Quality Inn Alexandria

Room filthy, mold , toilet was awful.Tub not usable. Non smoking room reeked of nicotine so bad we left at 3:AM. awful. Required to post a $100.00 add in case of damage. WTF? Room # was 105. I took a dozen photos just in case the was doubt.

I liked the location. It was close to the interstate and there was a family owned restaurant with excellent fare within walking distance.

The pool was outside my door and it was deplorable. Even though it wasn't operational, it could have been cleaned or covered by a pool cover.

It was close to where I wanted to go.

Please address the issue of being booked into a room that was not ready, specifically noting that I was placed in a handicap room and upon returning to guest services to request a return to my originally desired room, my account was not credited.

My room wasn’t clean. The floor was dirty. And there are no trash bags in the garbage can.

The room was NOT cleaned, paint was peeling from the tub floor , hair was on the tub wall , bathroom sink was clogged up, they told my husband that the bathroom door had a hole in it, comforter on the bed had a blood stain on it. I had to go out and purchase a blanket for myself. The foot traffic was all night walking and talking.
