Quality Inn Alexandria

I didn’t like anything about it.

The beds were uncomfortable, the tv did not work, the bathtub/shower was unclean and I felt dirty just being there. They say they’ll keep your deposit if you use the trash cans without trash bags but they told us at the front desk that they do not use trash bags there. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This place is worse than a run down Motel 6, filthy, trash everywhere... inside and outside. Disgusting!

Bed was comfy.

Staff was rude. I was charged $100 deposit and she REFUSED to give me a receipt. No trash bags. No ashtrays for smoking room. Only upstairs even though my mother is disabled. The room was dirty. Bathroom door has serious water damage and there is mold on the bathroom walls. Smoke alarm was removed. Ice bucket is filthy and has an orange liquid in it. The tub was “peeling/flakin” so no bath. Toilet NEVER stopped running. Used bar of soap in shower. Door lock was broken. Table had someone’s spilt coffee on it. Just overall gross and I won’t go to another Un Quality Inn.

No meat or eggs

The fact that the member of staff on duty gave us a signed letter, saying we wouldn’t have to pay! We did not.

Pool the size of a postal stamp. Crowded. No seating areas. Necessary for two elderly visitors. Doors appeared flimsy, looked like internal doors. Place appeared terribly run down. Whilst speaking to the member of staff in what would be the breakfast area- she casually bent down and picked up a cockroach with a piece of paper and crushed it.

Location

There was water on the floor by air conditioner the ceiling above a/c was dripping water down and peeling. The a/c didn't work very well the room stayed hot.

Run down, not maintained, lawn was not taken care of! AIR DOESN’T WORK!!

Facility is not kept to operating standards!
