"Good economical motel, but has the basics only"

I was in town for an event and had to book a hotel near the venue. This location was right off of the freeway and across the street from the mall. Both were convenient for my stay. The room was basic, which was to be expected, however everything was clean. The check in was easy, and I was able to park right in front of the motel. I love animals and noticed right away it was a dog friendly facility, which is good to know .

The hallways smelled like cigarette although its a non smoking facility, but perhaps the smell came from those smoking outside. I will say the small motel market was ridiculously priced, like $8.00 for a small bottle of water and $13.00 for a 12oz ice cream! I didn't even bother going there again and opted to go across the street to Target for basic snacks and water. Also the hotel charges a 100.00 deposit automatically upon arrival, instead of keeping a card on file and it took 3 business days to be refunded after my stay ended which was irritating considering I left the room clean and only the beds were unmade.

Nothing highly dissatisfied

I’ve stayed here several times and this time was very poor even customer service. I booked for 2wks and highly dissatisfied from bugs to leaking fridge , lazy room service we ended up cleaning our own room they said they had no time handed us sheets to make the beds we needed our room swept and they said no time we offered to do it and didn’t let us use the broom they handed us a rag all smdh.
