"Overall my experience was fairly okay."

I enjoyed my room and the cleanliness of everything.

I had the worst experience as it relates to the front desk workers. They weren’t pleasant, they didn’t want to work. The communication was terrible being that this was a getaway for myself and my children. Poor customer service! Also we didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool due to lack of communication.

"Convenient big rooms"

The room was huge. The bed was confortable Location of the motel was very convenient. Lots of shops around. Ok area

The bikers having a barbecue in the parking lot in front of their rooms. I got a bit scared at first.

The mall and food court is close by.

Floors were dirty. The people in the upstairs floor smoke and you can smell it throughout the building. I asked for a broom and they said no. The housekeepers didn't clean the room while I was there just asked for trash and towels, couldn't give any extra towels, and if u need clean towels they only do it if you give them dirty ones.
