"The hotel was in a great location."

The property is close to everything. It was clean and the staff were amazing. Also secure underground parking.

We couldn’t turn the heat down in the suite. It was stuck at 24c and it was hot. Had to have the window open all night which was noisy.

The property is in a great location. Easy walking distance to the harbour.

We were however very disappointed with the fact that there was no safe space assigned for bicycle storage. Victoria boasts about being bike friendly. There is room for improvement!

The room was nice but outside noise was hard to deal with as we had to get up really early . Overall it was a nice room and location was great as we had to go to Royal Jubilee Hospital early in the morning.

Out of your control but outside noise was too loud.
