Quality Suites Albuquerque Airport

The check in was good, but the hallway was filty The floor looked like it hadnt been mopped and the carpet part hadnt been vaccuumed in awhile. After getting into the room, the floors in it was dirty, there was a few items left on floor from last people who stayed. Nasty!

I've stayed here before quite a few yrs ago. It use to be kept in great condition. However, now it seems to have the bare minimum. The front desk clerks spoke more with each other than with us. Then i he had to keep repeating himself because he would speak in a very low voice. Our room was ok except for the fact that the door looked like someone had tried breaking into the room before (not a great feeling). Overall not sure if i would stay again

I would not stay at this Quality Inn again on Gibson and University, Albuquerque NM. The east indian dude receptionist was rude, the lobby furniture and carpets were extremely dirty and there was a huge hole in the wall (enough for a small child to crawl in) in the lobby upstairs. The wall papers were a collage of pieces overlaying each other, some hanging off the wall.The parking lot was littered with trash. The fees I paid for our stay was not worth it, over charge and under service. The rooms were at least decent, but there weren't any cups for the couple of small hotel coffee pouches. The bathroom sink drained very slowly, there was hardly any toilet paper and not an extra roll anywhere. No kleenex in the kleenex box. The wifi kept freezing up and I couldnt do my work. The hotel service was very minimal, under service and overcharge. There was a sign posted "Under Construction" by the elevator, but the place looked like construction sieze halfway through renovation. I am sure other Quality Inns are in better shape than this one, unfortunately this is not one of them.

No extra pillows, had to ask for sheets downstairs for the pullout bed. Room phones didn’t work. No cups for water or coffee. Fridge had a beer sticker on it. No beddings for babies/toddlers.

Room was overall ok for location and price. Shuttle service was flexible and convenient. Breakfast was below average in options but good to have. Be aware of what you’ve been quoted vs actually charged. Although staff was courteous/friendly, Management was not reasonably responsive to my complaint of having no hot water on my first night stay.

When we girst booked the room i made sure to include the total number of peopls for the booking 2 adults 4 kids. Booked a big room 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. My kids wanted to go swimming discovered only 3 towels in the bathroom when my husband went to the front desk they refused to give us 3 more towels and 6 pool towels when my husband asked why they stated that there are only 2 beds for 4 people. I went down and explain that on my itinerary I put a total of 6 people. We finally got our towels but it was a fight. There are holes in the walls and on the 2nd floor there is a man sized hole with trash in it. The property is dirty with trash.

The driver of the van who then checked us in was extremely kind. I thought the lobby seemed very sad and the halls even worse. It felt dreary and not worth the money; however, I was pleased with the comfort of my bed. The woman (6/2/2024) who helped my daughter in the breakfast area was not kind and close to rude! Another sad thing.

Comfy beds. pool area was a little dirty. No shelf in the shower. Doors always slamed when you closed them.

Terrible experience , no buffet only waffles and coffee. Lady at the “non existent buffet” rolled her eyes , walked away and was mad because we asked it there was juice. Socorro is terrible , no buffet found , which is false advertisement and Socorro was the most terrible customer service ever.

The property is in disrepair and is dirty. I had to go to three rooms before we settled on a mediocre room at best. The refrigerator was broken and dirty. Poor connections or plugs for devices. Terrible, very dirty and old. I made a mistake spending my money at this location. I wanted a refund for the poor facility and service.
