The door locks kept changing. You use your door card and leave, come back the card don't work

The front desk gave some random homeless felon a key to my room, no if better k

It was the worst experience!! Didn’t have room service staff was rude bed sheets were stain and had cigarette marks towels were stain swimming pool was nasty and dirty was just awful

The night staff literally have a random guy the key to my room. And her tried to gain entrance while I was alone in the shower

I had to go up to the front desk to ask for bed sheets and pillows twice. The window in our room did not lock what so ever I had to put a piece of wood just to make sure it was closed and couldn’t open. They didn’t inform me that my deposit would not be returned right away that it would take three to five business day. They also didn’t inform me that the pool was out of order. Yes I understand that it is an older hotel but these are things that should be addressed for the safety of the people staying there. Especially staying on the first floor where there are many homeless around the facility.

The floor in the room smelled like someone urinated all over the floor. The odor was so strong it was overwhelming. When I asked for another room, I was treated as an inconvenience. Once in our "newly renovated" room, mind you that is the room for the pictures online, the only renovating was the floor. The couch was almost too disgusting to even put your luggage on. There was fecal matter splattering the wall. I would rather stay in my car than ever stay at this place again.

There was no room service for the 4 nights I stayed there. I had to ask daily for fresh towels and there was nothing explained to me like where the pool was located or when I'd get my security deposit back.

At first i got a room that was half clean.. no towels n comforter.. second room its ok but need extra towels only three towels.. spa not working.. pool is so cold.. we usually stay there alot and they give us the one room that r newly renovated… and i keep the room nice n no trash n take off the sheets so they can easily clean the room.. i do that bcuz i use to be a hotel supervisor..
