Location and staff who were friendly and professional both at reception and in the bar

The food was pretty average with the seafood chowder being like a tasteless white, cheesy soup rather than a creamy seafood flavour. Other dishes were unremarkable. There were a few down- lights not working in room #9 which we forgot to mention on vacating.

街の雰囲気に合った歴史的な建物、内装。2名定員の他では見れないようなエレベーター。ハッピーアワーのビールとワイン。

宿泊した客室は裏側の新館の客室でしたが、新館は本館のような歴史的な建物ではなくて、ただ古い陳腐な建物でした。歴史的な街並みの中心に位置し、ロケーションは良かったし、部屋も老朽化している割には清潔で十分な広さもありましたが、新館はただの古くて安い田舎町のホテル、という感じでした。
