Comfort Inn & Suites Lincoln City

Pool and hot tub were not working. When I was choosing where to stay I specifically chose a hotel with a pool. Handicapped parking was terrible. The parking spaces are very small and parking lot was oddly shaped. Pet fee was $50.00 per night for two small dogs. That added $200.00 to our stay. We had just spent the night in a much higher rated hotel and it was half that.

The staff was great, the breakfast was great and the location was great.

The room was subpar. I always check for bed bugs and I saw blood on the mattress on the sides, but no bed bugs, So that was good. But the mattress was also ripped underneath in the corners The tile in the bathroom was loose where you get out of the shower. The grout was extremely dirty, and there was stains in the carpet all over the place. The water to the shower took forever to get warm and the refrigerator froze all of our drinks and food.

Super convenient location and the parking was covered! Staff was extremely helpful and informational when we arrived, and equally as friendly when we checked out.

The location was perfect for everything we had planned on our trip.

Way more outdated than what the pictures online appeared. We could here every step the people above us made all night long because the floors made so much noise. The front desk seemed unphased by my complaint.

Even though it's next to the highway, it was exceptionally quiet. The room I had overlooked the ocean. The breakfast was nice, too. Across the street is Kyllo's excellent restaurant. t

HOT TUB WAS BROKE DOWN

The floor was stained as we walked in as well as the bathtub. Was a little frustrated the hot tub was being serviced as that's why we chose to stay at that location and didnt know untill our arrival.
