"Showing Signs of Wear - Towels/Bedding Nice"

Love the positive attitude of the staff. Light and kind.

Many of the finishes of the room and common areas were showing signs of wear. Ie. The only elevator operated very slowly and was worn on the inside. The room had water damage stains. The whirlpool tub didn’t work at all in the first room. I was switched to a second whirlpool tub room that also had trouble with the tub turning off. Walls had water damage. Cracked shower surround. An ice maker on the 3rd floor was completely shut off. Had to go to the first floor use the only working ice maker. The hotel van was so worn looking I felt unsafe riding in it. The door had to be open by the driver because it was worn out. Bedding had marker written on the comforter the number “116” in black marker.

"DFW Comfort Inn is ok."

The location was good. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport was 24/7.

This probably doesn’t have to do with the hotel specifically, because it was used by multiple hotels but the shuttle vehicles, were pretty rough.

Close to the airport, easy access to interstate.

No hot water, wish this had been told to us upon check-in so we could move elsewhere, room was not very clean. Found pill on floor of bathroom, very dated decoration.

"Really bad, not maintained and airport shuttles don’t operate till 6:30 AM"

Really nothing

1.. There was no hot water. They told us while checking in. It was 10 pm and snowing and nowhere else to go. 2. Please be aware they don’t have airport shuttles besides 6:30 am.
