The staff was very accommodating and friendly when I needed a last minute room after having missed a,flight. The room was clean, comfortable and large. I liked,the option to buy snacks, including things like soup, macaroni dinners, and itother more substantial foods,for ameal, which really heloed a,traveler too tired to go to a,eestaurant. Th desk staff was,also very helpful in arranging fir an early morning trip to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel for travellers needing to stay near the Dallas/Firt Worth Airporrr!!

"Disappointing at best...and creates a potential huge liability issue for your company?"

Exceptional hosted breakfast, large room, complimentary coffee in lobby

Heating did not work in room. Was up all night trying to get it to work. 59 degrees in room at 6 am. Shuttle Service..After booking and prepaying for room late I began receiving texts about the free shuttle service upon arrival. I followed instructions to the lower level where at least 8 different hotel services were in operations. Waited 45 minutes before giving up on shuttle and took a $55 Uber to your facility. After a great breakfast I inquired about the shuttle schedule back to the airport at 10. Still no free shuttle even it though was a clear bright morning. But the receptionist had an option. The guy working at the front desk the night before would take me the 5 miles back to the airport for $40? Upon returning to the airport I walked down to street level to see at 12 different operating hotel shuttles....disappointing experience...great breakfast

"I’ll never go there again."

The room was cold. The fan kept blowing cold air… it was snowing and ice rain outside during the recent winter storm. I couldn’t warm up because the heat in the room wouldn’t work. Only cool air blowing. The fan would not turn off…. So cold air blowing all night. I asked the front desk fellow to help with the temperature and fan. All he could do was to stand on a stool and try to close the air vents. It did not help. I had to sleep in my clothes to be warm.
