SureStay by Best Western Mesa Downtown Area

That place need's a remodeling...in that building,....it's been like that for yrs !!!!

I am a frequest Best Western traveler, and although I have stayed at some decent Surestay properties, most are simply unacceptable. The neighborhood and the clientele who stay here would make for a good reality show.

We had an activity in downtown Mesa, so this was a very reasonably priced option. In the past, when we made the reservation, it was listed as a Quality Inn, and that has changed. The reception clerk was professional, friendly and quick. Our room was clean, the HVAC worked, the hot water was hot, and the beds were comfortable. The venue is an older one but again it was clean and we would return. We cannot comment on the provided breakfast because brunch was our scheduled activity with family.

It had cockroaches in our room and used condoms under the bed. Horrific stay.

It was really clean

The pool could be a little more cleaner

Never checked in was booked for later check in than needed, need a refund.

It was a little of a depressed area.
