The assist was exceptional. Nicole , the manager, was so helpful. Everyone was cheerful and meticulous ! Checking in and out was a breeze also.

Amazing hotel. Definitely has come a long way. Looks great! Compared to how it was in the past. Having the store is convenient. Great location. So many fun things to do in the area. Had a great time.

I stayed here as a single female and had an incident when I left with a man in plain clothes who was standing outside my room around checkout time. He aggressively called out to me repeatedly, came up behind me then chased me as I ran down the stairs into the lobby. Because of the timing of him loitering around the room at my check out time I was concerned there was a camera in the room and wrote customer feedback through the Wyndham website and called the hotel. The woman I spoke to at the desk put me on hold for a single minute and came back and said she checked the cameras and that he was a housekeeper and it was just a coincidence he was outside my room at that time. I later got an email from the hotel saying they didn’t know who the man was and had opened a police report. I called the hotel back and the manager interrupted me and told me again I was overreacting and that I wasn’t being chased. I then told her about the email and she told me it was written by AI (it clearly was not as it was written in very poor English). She refused to give me a refund or confirm they had checked the room for cameras. I called Wyndham execs and spoke to them and they said there was nothing they could do but explicitly told me that the email reply I had received had also come from this specific hotel directly. So then I finally I called the local police department who confirmed to me directly that NO report had been filed by the hotel. No one should ever stay at this place and definitely don’t bring your kids here.

It was awful.

The light over the sink didn't work, and the phone wasn't even plugged in. My daughtets room the TV didn't work.
