Hotel Baja San Diego - A Boutique Hotel

It was a good stay for the price, room didn’t have a microwave, but rooms were cute and clean. I’d stay again. Free breakfast as well included.

Alright overall

Staff was very friendly & helpful. The property needs some work. The toilet was broken, door locked broke, the pool is by a freeway, restroom wasn’t cleaned well & the room had a foul sewer smell. Not to mention parking was full & we had to park on the street.

More of an older motel but the staff was friendly. Seems a little dirty but nothing horrible. Has a pool.

The first room we stayed in was really dirty and had spiders. The ladies at the front desk were very kind in giving us a free room upgrade, but there was black mold in the bathroom and spider webs everywhere. One day the cleaners took our shower curtain and it didn’t get replaced until the next day. House keeping also left our door open all day.

Advertising as a ‘boutique hotel’ is false advertising It was a slightly better than a cheap motel. Very loud, clean-ish but my husband’s feet were BLACK after walking around the room. No soap, tattered and torn towels. If you re looking for a place to lay your head before a flight out of San Diego it’s convenient. Not particularly inexpensive
