Breakfast was good. Staff very nice

The staff were extremely friendly and nice. The room was a bit small and crowded with the furniture but it was still amazing. Beds were comfy and nice bathroom and shower were amazing. Everything looked and felt clean and great. Had a great stay overall! TV had good channels and the AC and heat worked and felt great. Fridge worked really well, as well as the microwave. Water pressure was GREAT.

There was a lot of light that came in and the curtains had privacy but not a lot but it was completely fine. Room felt a bit small but it was definitely not a major issue. People outside were a bit loud at night but it was not a big deal.

Absolutely nothing

Dirty. Poor upkeep. Apparently people lived there and were so loud all the time. Empty liquor bottles lying in the parking lot. Hot water didn’t work at all in my shower. Staff was informed of the water issue was told it would be fixed before I got back from work. Wasn’t fixed. Hotel staff talked to me terrible. Wanted me to pack clothes and go shower in another room and come back to the one without hot water. They finally agreed to move me after about 49 minutes then put me in a room dirtier than the previous and smelled so much like marijuana I was sick the entire day

We stayed at this hotel because I had several school events ar ETSU to attend as well as doctor appointments. At first we thought the room was nice and we had got a good deal. We soon realized the hot tub did not work properly so it was like bathing in a large tub no bubbles or jets streams. There was cobwebs in the corners of the room. I discovered a dirty washcloth in the shower. My boyfriend found bed bugs in our bed. The pullout mattress on the couch was thin and wirey with dirt on it. There was a cieling vent above my side of the bed which was covered in dust and dirt. When we informed the guy at front desk about the bugs and showed him the ones we caught in a bottle he just apologized and tried to put it off on the previous tentants because they had been in the room for a week. He made no effort to refund or compensate us , we had to take all our stuff ro be washed and cleaned before returning home. Nor did he mention getting professionals to come in and tend to the bugs. I hope the next tenants in room 600 don't have the same awful experiennce we did.

Dirty rooms, never dusted nor vacuumed. Bedroom doors had a 2 inch gap all the way around and you could see right outside. But having the front desk staff charge us whatever rates they wanted to even though we showed them our rates with our memberships , and every night they tried to double charge our Credit cards and altered paperwork on checkout dates and the amouu on my If money that was received from Us!!!
