Clean and good location and good breakfast.

Everything was good.

The manager charged an extra 45$ to our extended reservation, making up three different excuses when I called him out on each one. We had to cancel because we weren’t staying where someone could make up excuses and charge our card. He said I booked the new reservation for a smoking instead of non smoking, no, exact same type. Second he said well you booked a different bed type, no, same exact bed type. I have both reservations. Exactly the same. My husband checked out for fear he’d charge him for something else and waited for them to check his room in case they lied about that. I then canceled the new reservation and he got a 59.99 cancellation fee from us. He was upset that I booked a new reservation with hotels dot com instead of him locally. He had asked my husband why he did that and he told him my wife books them for the best rate. So when hotels dot com called them when I reported him, they said well he requested an upgrade? The third made up excuse for the charge. So which is it??? Why would he? We had the best rate already for the same two beds for three nights, 179.97 plus a 50$ hold that you do get back eventually. But no reason for the 45$ extra fee besides they get less when you book from an online group. You would think in this day and time, you’d appreciate any business no matter how you get it. Hotels dot com also requested our 59.99 fee back but from them and they said no. We wouldn’t have had to cancel had they not made up excuses to charge a bogus fee but that’s fine. I hope all these reviews I’m doing will cost them at least 59.99.

Great location helpful staff. Basic motel but had all the things we needed. Free breakfast included hot items (fried potatoes, some form of eggs (hard boiled/scrambled), biscuit's & gravy, make your own waffles) along with cereals, bread, muffins, whole apples, and juices. The outdoor pool wasn't open yet (early April).

nothing, the rooms were disgusting.

everything they took my entire deposit for “sheets” that i didnt even stain.
