"I really would like a refund because I ended up leaving checking in another hotel"

The person at was front desk was very nice

I stayed in 213 the room was not clean as it should my mattress was bloody and it also had a dead bug in the mattress

"I make 1-2 trips annually to Cleveland, TN. This is the worst hotel so far."

Price

2 lamps beside the bed did not work. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Sink faucet leaked continually. Microwave defrost/cook knob was broke. Ice and vending machine was broken. Door latch was broken. Inorder to get door open, you had to hold door handle up with one hand and insert key card with the other. There was only 1 cloths hanger available for hanging cloths.

I had a king bed room was clean service was good took long time to get my drinks cool n the bed made my back hurt but i can't complain room was very clean the toilet was messed up u had to hold the handle down for it to flush. I recommend red roof inn for ur stay

"Decent place fir the price"

It was a good value for the low price they charge but it’s not a five star place. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were practically flat. Pillow case had two holes in it. The towels we had were not really white, like they had old stains on them. The room was fairly attractive overall. It’s a budget hotel that is pet friendly and as I said for the price they charged it was one I could do again, especially I bring my own pillow 😊
