"Slept well but didn’t enter the bathroom unless necessary, refused to use shower in its moldy, broken condition."

It was pet friendly with no extra charge, conveniently located off the highway. Staff was friendly.

The overall property looked ok, aged, peeling paint on outside doors. First entering room, it looked clean. No bed bugs, clean sheets. But the bathroom was a mess. The fiberglass wall was cracked from corner to corner, that went through water spigot &shower head. The entire wall was lifted about 1.5 inches from the wall and black mold covered in space between wall & fiber glass wall. Mold was entrenched in the caulking around tub & floor. I refused to shower. There was what looked like blood splatter next to the sink on the wall. Could be ketchup for all I know. There was red material that had been thrown & stuck to the ceiling & a huge water stain (3’x5’) on the ceiling. Didn’t think of taking pictures.

"Place needs TLC"

Good location. Good price

Bed was hard. Cracks in walls. Ironing board looked dirty and stained. Need to recaulk around the bath tub. Knob was broken on microwave and coffee pot was nasty
