Easy commute to where I needed to be. Staff friendly and it was clean.

Enjoyed the spacious suite and the room was quiet. Bed comfortable but every pillow was way too soft. The condition of the floors and kitchen were well worn and the bathroom toilet light flickered almost all the time. Staff friendly. Disappointed there is no decaf tea options. Oatmeal bar is great but needs cinnamon.

Staff was very attentive. For example, I needed some big trash bags to hold the balloons that we were blowing up, and the front desk went out their way to accommodate us

I don't normally write negative reviews, but found my stay to be quite different from what I had read online. If I had paid a fraction of the price it would have been expected, but for how expensive the room was, it was quite filthy. Smelled of stale cigarettes despite being a smoke free building. There were some short hairs in the sheets, and lots of hair (same color) on the bathroom sink as if a guy had shaved his beard and it hadn't been cleaned. The shower drain was rusted and the tub floor was stained and just dirty. Shower drain clogged within a few seconds of the water turning on. Every other aspect of service was fine, it was just a dirty room.

Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Room was clean, and bed comfortable. Extended my stay by a day with no issues. The hotel did not perform cleaning services as advertised every other day. I did get new towels from the desk twice with no issues. This was not a problem for me because I didn't create a mess to be cleaned up anyway.

The price for our two king Bedroom suite was very fair. The bedrooms were separated by a kitchen and living area providing privacy and quiet sleeping spaces. Three televisions. Two showers both with good water pressure. All the amenities needed to provide a comfortable stay. The staff were very accommodating. Very nice breakfast. The furniture is a little outdated but I liked that most of the surfaces were plether as it is easily cleaned. We will stay again..

We checked in and there was a terrible foul odor in the bathroom. They switched us to another room and it looked like the room wasn’t cleaned crumbs on the floor crumbs on the two chairs by the table, sticky table the bathroom smelt, nice lol had to strip off the comforter to get a fresh clean one had the temperature on cool 45 and it was hot. See pictures below of the thermostat the only Good part staff was super friendly. I think they need better maintenance and better housekeeping. Actually, I can’t even show you pictures because there’s no way to put them up.

Worn down buildings, haphazardly cleaned and excessive fees. Definitely not up to the chains standards

We only stayed a night. It was comfortable clean. Our son was not feeling well the night/ early morning staff were very helpful in getting crackers water etc. the room was big enough that the three of us and service dog had plenty of space. The price was really good and it was better than expected from what I was expecting.
