Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia West Chester/Exton

Nice clean property. Older but updated nicely. Traditional Marriott comfort with excellent customer service.

Everything we expected was delivered

The A/C in my room did not work. I reported it to the front desk on the second day, and on the third day maintenance came out. He replaced a part but it did not fix the problem. I also requested housekeeping, but they never came. I spent 4 nights with no air conditioning. I was told they would compensate by rewarding Bonvoy points, but that never happened either. I don’t think I’ll be staying with them again.

As a service provider company owner, I was especially impressed by each of the staff. They were friendly and efficient. A credit to themselves and their training. Thanks

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and everything was convenient.

The positives: check-in was easy. The air conditioner worked great for this hot-natured person. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was spacious. The hotel was very quiet; I didn't hear or see anyone else. The negatives: pubic hair from several different people at the base of the toilet. No remote control for the TV. $12 for parking seems ridiculous, especially considering that we're not in a big city. The $12, which didn't show up when I booked, puts me slightly over budget for my trip.

Not great choices. I expected better from a Marriott

Complimentary breakfast was amazing, checking in and out was easy, food options by the hotel are great, room was very clean and even offered more amenities than listed. Downside, the court that they have for basketball/net sports are small and the net isn't there, but I would stay at this location again.

Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff was accommodating
