Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center

Sergio, from maintenance, kept the pool area and grounds super clean. He always had a smile on his face and a friendly hello or chat. Steve did a fabulous job keeping the hot breakfast stocked, and the breakfast area was always clean. The front staff always greeted us when we were coming or going. My only complaint was the noisy road. We were on, which is not anything the hotel could control.I would definitely stay here again if I was in the Phoenix area. The location makes it super easy to get to inform the sky Harbor airport, which was only 20 minutes away.

Our stay was great. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. The pool was decent and the staff were terrific. My only complaint is the smell of one of the two rooms. It smelled like garlic, had hotel maintenance come and take a look while we were gone. Returned back to the room with the windows open and the smell was much better. The weather was perfect so we left windows open the entire stay. I would return back to this same hotel.

We liked the location of the property...within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was well done with several options daily. The only opportunity for improvement was the King mattress in our room. It was very worn and should be replaced.

Nina from the front desk went above amd beyond for me and my grandkids to make sure I got what I needed for them She was VERY HELPFUL..

They use an astonishing amount of horrific air freshener. They recently doubled the number of sprayers and it makes the hotel public spaces unusable. The gym is especially unusable, trying to exercise means burning your throat with toxic air freshener.

Great hotel! Wonderful complimentary breakfast every morning, very nice hotel staff, my kids enjoyed the basketball court (basketball available at front desk) and even swam even though it was chilly. (Pool was heated.) room was spacious and perfect for our travels.

It was convenient to shopping malls and eatery and clean hotel

Hair on the walls of the shower, kinda noisy outside. But overall a good stay.
