Ants had invaded, and there was no hot water in shower, but manager was wonderful and immediately found us a better room

The room we were in for night #1 had no working AC, the had brought in a portable window AC which leaked water on the floor next to the bed. Very disappointed in response from hotel staff, they put a towel under it and didn't move us until the next day.

Pearl and Pamela are awesome and both went out of their way to make our Business trip more seamless and so helpful. They were both cheerful, happy helpful and beautiful. The bed is super comfy and the pillows were superb! I really liked the layout of our room and love the bathroom and get ready area. Spotless and modern! The 2 maintenance men were awesome and fast. This place feels like home away from home! Breakfast is great and spolotless and nice to have a washer and dryer. So nice to find a gem hotel w/ great help! Thank you! Hope we can stay longer for work/business now! Highly recommend! :0)

"Not too bad for the price."

Overall, the stay was good, the only issue that we had was with the breakfast which was not very warm, and my wife found a small spot of mold on her english muffin. Thank you for hosting us.
