Residence Inn By Marriott Vacaville

The room was nice and spacious, luckily we were on the first floor because the elevators have been broken for months. One sign in the hotel said the elevators had been out since Jul 2024

The breakfast was terrible. They ran out of items each day. They served spoiled chocolate milk. Also there was a $12 park fee per day that we were not told about upon check in, we were surprised by the additional fee at the end of our stay.

Location and the beds were decent.

Broken elevator, broken coffee maker, broken waffle dispenser, charged for parking!

The room was fine but the beds and pillows were awful and the pool was cold

Property and room was perfect! The only thing I would say is they would need to let guests know there is no jacuzzi. Please Residence Inn take that picture off of the profile so everyone knows it’s just a pool. Also the elevator didn’t work and it was a struggle going up the stairs to the third floor with our older family members. Other than that it was perfect!

The elevator was broken and had to beg for lower ground floor. They put me on the second floor but people next door fighting all night. I got up at 9 am on my Saturday morning and left the hotel

The lady at the front told me my dog was not service animal and that she was a trainer so she knew. I answered her to questions then she kept makimg coments

Never stayed. My handicap room was unavailable.

Hallways were frequently dirty and needed vacuuming. Things were not working like the elevator and computer in the business area. Elevators were out of service for three full weeks. Laundry facility was there but offered no soap or softener dispensers so unless you brought your own you had to go shopping for detergent. Breakfast was the same every day. Plumbing in room needed attention. Drains were slow and partially clogged. Disposal in kitchen sink was not working properly. The stove top in room wasnt working properly and therefor I could not use it to cook anything. I couldn’t even boil water. When I asked for housekeeping all I got was a made up bed and a few new towels. No new sheets. No dishwasher soap. No cleaning of the kitchen.

Stafff was great and very helpful but I was quoted one price to extend my stay but was charged more than the quoted price

Clean but the elevator was broken, and I had to climb three flights of stairs
