"Nice place but just missing some key things"

The room size- two bedroom apartment. The kitchen facilities and the breakfast.

The elevator (lift) wasn’t working so we had to be moved to a bottom floor apartment (which was wheely accessible). This wouldn’t normally be an issue but we had little kids so they could access absolutely everything (like knives etc). Said it had a heated pool but then we were told it didn’t and had to walk across the parking lot in the freezing cold to access the accommodation next door to use their pool.

I love the suit set up it was nice.

That the swimming pool water was very cold and I saw a cockroach in the couch. Disgusting. I was afraid to bring some back to my house. Sad. I would not stay there again.

We arrived earlier than expected into town and decided to call to see if our room was available for check in. The employee happily answered and provided a time to call back to check in. Thankfully we were able to get into the room to get my daughter ready for her gymnastics camp. Great service and a spacious room.

"it was nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. otherwise it was "okay"."

the room was set up very well for us - 2 bedrooms/bathrooms with a living room and kitchen between

the elevator was out of service - should have been aware of this before since we were to have a disabled person with us who cannot do stairs the breakfast was so so. the woman working breakfast was wonderful, the breakfast itself was lacking. oatmeal empty, coffee empty, bacon empty, silverware empty. we should have had a "refresh" during our stay. never got fresh towels or trash emptied.

"Good rooms but other stuff is meh"

Good check in, very nice quiet and clean room even on 1st floor when I requested a higher room. Got a good night's sleep. Breakfast however was different at 830 am. First a got a bowl of cereal when I asked for milk I was told they were all out. Ok, I got a bagel toasted it and when I asked for cream cheese was told they were all out. Ok, I decided to have a waffle and the waffle iron was broken and not in service. Only 2 yogurts left in the fridge of flavors I don't like, bananas turning brown, no apples. Got food on the road.
