Not enough towels, not enough soap Elevators have been out of service twice that I have stayed here

Recepcionistas muy bien, el desayuno excelente y en general muy bien la estancia. La ubicación fue ideal

elevator was out and we were on the the 3rd floor/ Breakfast the second morning of our stay was wiped out by one of the groups staying there.

Our room was spacious and it was nice with the kitchen in the room. Free parking was also nice!

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Swimming pool was not cleaned up so we couldn’t swim there.

How clean it was

Everything was good except the people upstairs was walking around to much all night and two phone calls I received at 2 o’clock in the morning

Conveniently located

The property was good overall I just did ask at check-in to have housekeeping which was offered to me by the staff since I was there for three nights and no one ever came so we ended up with a lot of garbage that needed to be dumped on our checkout date

Friendly staff, good location

We checked in around 6pm, on Thanksgiving. The sweet front desk clerk was having difficulty checking us in and although we prepaid had to run my card again and charge me because the system failure that was happening. She said she would take care of it in the morning, which she did. Although it took a bit longer than expected, we got our room keys without inspection of the room and went straight to a gathering. When we got back later that evening, the keys weren't working. We couldn't get into the property nor our room. The staff tried their own keys and couldn't either. The battery for the room lock had died and nobody could get in the room. At that hour, they said the hotel was completely booked and had to move us across the street to another hotel and a smaller room. I guess we were lucky they had a room and we didn't get our luggage locked in the room we originally had.
