My stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout. Edna and Preeti made the check-in and check-out process super-fast and easy, which I really appreciated. Kanta greeted us every morning with a warm smile during breakfast and was especially thoughtful in accommodating both my daughter and my dietary preferences. Their hospitality truly made our visit memorable.

The staff was great! Rooms were clean and decent. There were some room issues, but maintenance came in quickly and fixed it. I wish the sofa beds were a little bit more comfortable.

"I chose the Marriot knowing we would have a great stay, but after this weekend I would NEVER choose this location"

Horrible customer care, no towels, room not ready for check in at 3:00pm & still not clean when they did finally check us in, non working elevators, tv , general non urgency of the staff to accommodate any of these issues , closet door off track

We booked a 2 bedroom queen suite at Residence Inn for the 5 of us. When we arrived, we were told we had been moved to the sister hotel Fairfield Inn. Fairfield Inn does not have 2 bedroom suites. Initially we were only given a 1 king bed suite. 1king 1 pullout sofa will not fit 5. The family had to be separated. No clear explanation was given for why we were moved.
