Location, size of the place, allow pets. Breakfast and front desk staff were friendly.Location, quiet. Spacious.

The room did not look as remodeled. The room floors were dirty and a sticky area in kitchenette, counters had crumbs, the door was visibly filthy from a possibly larger dog, the tub was dingy, dirty near the drain, the toilet was slow to drain when flushed. Maintenance did attend the toilet. The housekeeper was rude when we thought she was responding in the hallway to our maintenance call, when my husband asked her if she was coming over with the plunger. Made management aware of this. Response, concern was less than average.

Would not waive $50 early check in fee....

I’ll give one star to this hotel. I am an ambassador elite and I travel quite often, and the very first time that I got asked that I need to pay a fee for an early check-in, which is a benefit of my loyalty with Marriott. So if you are planning to come to this hotel, take into consideration those extra charges and check your bill when you check out, as it seems they like to charge for more.

My husband and I were at a conference for marriages and decided that it would be best to not stay on location of the conference and we are soooooo thankful we chose this hotel instead! I own my own cleaning company and cleanliness is absolutely number one to me! I check everything, everywhere! This hotel is SPOTLESS! I am usually the first to complain about even the littlest things because it’s what I do. I am by far happy with this hotel, its convenient location, the staff; especially the gentleman that ran the breakfast! The beds are comfortable. The breakfast and coffee are great! The options at breakfast are amazing. No fee for parking. My husband and I are ecstatic that we chose this hotel over the other one where the conference was as it was disgusting, slammed and the breakfast was $23 pp. This hotel has free cookies at night, water with lime and coffee all day. Gosh I could go on and on and on. My ONLY Complaint is the pool, I wish it was indoors. Having a hotel in New England should automatically be a given to have a pool indoors but it looked beautiful for pool season! They also have a beautiful fire pit and grill area and the gym is great, small but has your basics. I would recommend going on an off time though because only one person can lift dumbbells while others are on cardio machines. I am happy! My husband is happy and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. OHHHH just don’t let the kids grab the water on the desk, it’s $6 bottles in your room! Refrigerator was absolutely amazing and the microwave!
