Residence Inn Hartford Manchester

Perfect location for an entire softball team to stay for a week long tournament. The girls enjoyed the pool & basketball court after their games. Lots of room to hang out outside & BBQ near the outside fire pit. Adam was very hospitable & accommodating. Our rooms were very clean & spacious with full kitchens.

manchester residence inn was very clean and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Adam at the front desk was more than kind and accommodating to our large group.

We were unable to check in before 3 pm and had to wait in lobby for an hour.

Our first room on the first floor smelled like wet dog. The staff was able to move into the second floor to a better room.

Location of hotel was great, close to downtown Hartford and great stores located nearby for last minute runs. The complimentary breakfast on Sunday was mediocre. Monday's breakfast was much better however the French toast was cold and stiff.

I didn't like the daily parking fee - that wasn't stated on my initial booking of the room and we stayed at this exact hotel a year prior and there was no parking fee then. The TV in my room was inoperable so that was bothersome. Three of us stayed in the suite so I would have liked to be able to relax in my bedroom and watch what I wanted. I don't like that the TV's are still analog. In this day and age a smart TV would be feasible so ppl can watch streaming services.
