It was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The pull out sofa bed. It was unusable. We were in town for a funeral, so we were sharing the room with my mom who was going to use the pull out sofa, but it was so unimaginably uncomfortable that she just slept on it as a couch. The problem was the mattress, if you can call it that. Honestly, I’m sorry to disparage the hotel, but if you’re looking at the hotel and planning to use the sofa bed, good luck… Also, standard crappy U.S. hotel breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches were literally warmed up in their plastic packaging and left in the warming trays like that. Seriously?

Loved the two bedroom suite. Having two bathrooms and a kitchen was amazing for our weekend event in the area.

The kitchenette suite was comfortable. (We didn’t use the appliances.) The bed was very soft. Effective blinds blocked the illumination from exterior lights. The front desk staff was very friendly. Parking near the entrance was a bit challenging during check-in hours. It took a bit of tinkering to set the climate controls the way we wanted them. Breakfast offerings were fine.

Staff of the hotel were very helpful and courteous. Worth noting nowadays sometimes there’s not a lot of communication but they were great.

the only clique we have is that the toilet is low and smal. it’s hard to use for tall people.

Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Not happy that with prices of rooms that they charge you to park at the hotel! Room was booked for 4 people. Pull out couch had no sheets or pillows for children to sleep.

Staff was excellent. Very attentive and extremely nice. This location is luckumy to have them.
