We loved the location of the property. It was close to everything we wanted to go see and do. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the amenities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good as well.

The pool was a little smaller than anticipated but we ended up going during bad weather anyways so either way we would not have used it.

Friendly staff. Easy to find everything

Parking is an issue. Doors need some fitting. The room door was poorly hung and you had to be rough with it to open and especially close it.

"Perfect for family with loved ones at MUSC"

I stayed at this property while my husband was a patient at MUSC, the location was excellent, approximately 5-6 minutes to the parking structure. I do agree with others that the property was a little dated, but for me, as I wasn’t there to vacation and relax, it was perfect. I had a 2 bedroom suite so my husband could move around the room during his the stay as he was with me both before and after his surgery. The layout of the hotel was, for both us, perfect. Since returning home, I recommended this hotel to others in need of a longer stay while visiting MUSC. I can’t say much about the breakfast as I have a gluten allergy so my choices were limited, but their coffee was excellent. The folks I’d see in the morning seem to enjoy the fare. The huge plus for me was a full-sized refrigerator and microwave. Also, they had a coin operated laundry (plus you can purchase additional quarters at the desk) which is a huge help. In addition to being close to MUSC, the hotel is approximately 7-8 minutes to a Whole Foods and Harris Teeter (both in West Ashley), that made getting snacks and meals a breeze. I would be remiss to not mention how, lovely the staff was. Each individual went above and beyond whenever I had a question or concern.
