The staff was very nice. We checked in a little early and the only room they had available was a handicapped room. This was fine, however located near the elevator so the bell was constantly ringing. Had we realized this before accepting the room we would likely have waited for another. TV’s were out during most of our stay. This was an inconvenient as my husband was staying here after a surgery procedure in Charleston. As a result we spent most of time in the room. Thank goodness for cell phones!

Everyone was so nice, it was clean and welcoming. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice that breakfast was included- with eggs and bacon or sausage. Snacks out along with complimentary beer on tap offered later in the afternoons. 2 bedroom suite was perfect set up for traveling with my in-laws.

It could feel a little stuffy and warm in the breakfast area. One morning we ate outside by the pool and that was really nice.

Great location.

In room 332, balcony king suite. The room smelled like mildew. Mattress topper was loose and bunched up underneath us, so it was very uncomfortable. I called and spoke with Ramona before checking in and requested to please not be given a balcony blocked by shrubbery (I had read reviews and it was mentioned that some balconies are completely blocked from any view). Ramona said she was taking care of it and said "I got you". She even called me back to confirm. Well as soon as I looked out the curtain all I saw were trees. 🙄 Maybe I hadn't been clear in my request. 🤔🤷‍♀️
