I booked the kitchenette for a 4-night stay - The room was spacious, clean and the staff very friendly. It was also quiet and allowed for pets. I have stayed in many hotels over the last 20 years, and this was by far my favorite and very clean. I will book again for sure.

What an excellent stay at this Residence Inn in Grand Rapids! Definitely our place to stay whenever we are in town. Close to where we needed to be. We were very satisfied because of the following: - Room was very comfortable and quiet with great HVAC. Everything worked well including great shower. Comfortable linens - Room was very clean. Very picky about this and even I was pleased. - Breakfast was outstanding and delicious! Every day there was just a little something different. The Gentleman handling the breakfast deserves a big award for keeping everything fresh and in order. He was working very hard and it was so appreciated. - Front desk was so helpful. No complaints - All of comments about the parking lot are not an issue. They resurfaced the lot - no issues, no potholes. - The only small gripe - Fitness room was a little small on cardio - only one treadmill and one elliptical. They should consider a larger room or they should set up passes with the local Planet Fitness. So thankful to the entire team. Outstanding job!! You made us feel so welcome and so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you soon.

The breakfast was very complete on what was offered, was continually updated as food was consumed, and had continuous attention from a service person. The employees were friendly and helpful.

The whirlpool was out of service and the pool was just adequate.
