Quality Inn Falconer - Jamestown

Easily accessible. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

Blackout curtains for the room. The room has curtains but they wouldn't slide all the way across the window and there were bright lights shining through the window.

Kids running around at all hours it was like day time in middle of the night no black out curtains for the sliding doors with bright parking lot lights and I wish I would have been notified that it was a conjoined room with a door to next room

The breakfast was pretty good. Had the standard breakfast items such as bagels, eggs, etc. The bed was really comfortable. The room was a decent size, especially since I had my two dogs with me. Everything was clean, and the staff was quite friendly.

Honestly, for the reasons I needed the hotel room, I have no real complaints. The staff was really helpful, understanding, and quite friendly. The room was nice and clean, and that's what I needed after a long, tiring day that I had.

The day was fine however the water was cloudy. Cold water had a rust color. The entire toilet bowl was a brownish orange rust. Then the toilet water ran all night long.

The building was in old, very used condition and the toilet had severe water stains (see picture). Also the water in the shower and sink faucets had a brown hue to it (also picture). When I asked the front desk if there was bottled water or a vending machine, I was told there was none in the building. I had to leave the hotel to go find a store to buy drinkable water. Drive an extra 10 minutes and stay at the next town.

The hotel needs an extensive update. Outlets at fixtures do not work. Patio door did not lock with latch only with crash bar. Dresser was falling apart. Found one cockroach in bathroom, alive! The only redeeming thing was the staff was extremely good and very responsive. I feel bad for the staff that they have work under the condition of the property.
