Spark by Hilton Cincinnati Airport South

It was nice hotel. Lobby was clean and nice looking. Good parking. Loved the black out curtains. Room seemed clean.

The pillows were very soft. But a bit too soft. Ur head goes all the way to the bed and 1 pillow looked like it had lost all its stuffing. The white sheets and blankets looked like they needed bleached. Bought water at the desk 2 different nights. First Lady chatted 4$ for 2 bottles of water and the next night the guy only charged 2$ for 2. Pretty sure she over charged. The breakfast wasn't very good. Barely anything to choose from. Waffles were the only good thing.

This is my second visit to this Comfort Inn at Turfway Road. The gentleman at the front desk? Is an amazing guy so accommodating so nice. He’s so pleasant and personable you would definitely be happy with your choice and his sparkling personality

It was fine until we woke up to loud banging literally on the other side of our room wall. They were doing construction which is fine but why would you put guests in a room knowingly they are going to be tearing down concrete wall on the other side of it. I even told the lady at the desk we weren't going to be in until late.
