The pictures online looked great, clean, and welcoming. However once we checked in, we instantly regretted it. The room was NOT clean. The beds were sloppily made. There was a piece of someones weave on the floor, toothpaste on the vanity, hair under the vanity and in the tub. The curtains looked like someone closed then with food on their fingers. The aire condition was loud and made a horrible noise (that scared me 3 year old) everytime it turned off. And to top it off, there was, what looked to be silly string on the ceiling. Since I booked through Expedia they did not refund me and didnt even offer another room at the time. They did offer me Choice points - but not even enough for a nights stay. EXTREMELY disappointed & disgusted.

"Not worth the money "

It was dingy and dirty. I wasn’t expecting luxury but the carpet was damp, the room smelled like mildew and chemicals. There was hair in the corners of the bathroom, the shower was crack all across. Overall just dusty and smelled. Beds were ok and sheets were ok. We needed a last minute stop on a very long roadtrip. Overall for $187 for the night I would never stay here again.

The staff were simply wonderful, and the breakfast was great.

The fitness center could have had better equipment, there was 2 machines, and no treadmill seemed a bit unwelcoming in there.
