Motel 6-Albuquerque, NM - Coors Road

I wish i could get my money back Some lights didnt work a/c- heater didnt work work And worst of all my bed had no blankets and front office kept saying theyre busy to call back and when i finally talked to someone they said there's nothing they could do because they didn’t have a-key to laundry so i slept with the towels as a blanket me wife and 4year old boy it was freezing

The sheets were dirty. No towels or wash clothes and only one small hand soap. We did not stay.

Iights did t work - floor filthy - in need of repairs -no hand towels -no wash cloths - no bath mats- no clock - big holes in couch - dirty toilet, etc

it was very convenient and the staff was great

Run! This place is a complete dump. Sketchy area with druggies walking around. If I had not had my German Shepard I would have left. No remote, TV had no power and needed maintenance guy. Finale was 1/2 a roll of TP.

The worst place I've ever been. First I booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room, where the floor and covers were burnt, the room I booked was not available and the man at reception didn't tell us anything. I came back saying that this was not my reserved room, but one with a king bed. They offered a room with 2 full beds. When I tried to enter the room, the card key didn't work, I went back to the office and they told me to call a number if it didn't work. I was exhausted from my road trip and it was also snowing, so I stood outside in the cold hoping someone could help me. We needed to wait for one of the maintenance employees to open the door that was defective, we were told that the door would open if we used the 2 key cards together. When we finally entered the room, we wanted to take a shower and rest, the towels had black and brown stains, very obviously not clean. But the worst and most disgusting thing was when I pulled back the cover to lie down on the bed and there was toilet paper dirty with blood on the sheets, there were crumbs of dirt, extremely dirty and disgusting. The other bed had a dark stain in the middle of the bed. This room was clearly not cleaned, they simply put things back in their place after the guests left. I was so tired, stressed and sick that night that I was not going to return to the office for the thousandth time, since it was already midnight and the employees were not at all attentive to our requests. Extremely dissatisfied

The bed was ok, but the room was dirty. There were no light bulbs in the lamps and no tv remote. There are holes in the walls and the floors were gross. A place to sleep for a few hours, but not much else.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The price of it was great. But but the bathroom door was chewed up. You is all around dirty you're a cockroach is crawling everywhere. Maybe it's just disgusti spent most of my night. You didn't curl up on the toilet, wait a minute. We're being paranoid on the bed with my son because of my phobia of homeless community. That hangs around there. It's ridiculous. It sounded like somebody was breaking into my freaking room all night. I'm tryingit was the worst day I'd ever had in my life

HORRIBLE! PLEASE READ FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY! Im moving from Cali to Virginia. All Motel 6 I’ve stayed in California were budget motels but hey all I ask is a clean bed. This place is DISGUSTING, SHOULDNT BE OPEN. The beginning. We arrive and there are two Albuquerque Officers escorting two tweakers off the property. First red flag. As we park, we notice there is a door open on the first floor, with I kid you not 8-10 FULL BLOWN TWEAKERS in that room. This isn’t even the bad part yet. I get it, Albuquerque has a drug problem. It’s myself, my Fiancée and our 1 year old daughter. So we don’t need anything fancy. Clean is all I ask. As soon as we walk in, first bed closest to the window is covered in crumbs. I see the second is a bit cleaner so I set our bags down. I turn the lights on ( only 2 of the 5 light switches work) With the lights on. I see nasty creamy light yellow stains on the crumb bed, and what seems to be footprints on the second bed. Luckily we’re moving so we just put our personal blankets over and made sure not to touch the bed. (we also had our babies playpen so she slept in that) Here’s the worst part. The restroom. This Motel 6 is disgusting!!! Fecal matter on the floor. Dried Blood spots all over the floor and walls. I have photo proof and I’m in contact with corporate! I mean DISGUSTING. To top it off, the soap bars were used from the last occupant. The towels were used by the last occupant. They didn’t bother to change the towels. What a nightmare!!
