Unsafe, loud, dirty, not recommended for families.

First the manager tried to double charge me then Arthur about me being wrong as though i didn't pay. The room was NOTHING LIKE THE ONLINE OFFER..... SORRY NO TOWELS SOAP DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE NOR LOCK TUB WAS REPULSIVE ROOM REQUESTED WAS NOT AVAILABLE ATTENDED ACTED AS THOUGH HE NEEDED MANAGEMENT TO APPROVE WHAT WAS ASKED FOR ONLINE REFUSED A REFUND VERY DANGEROUS AREA IN A NON SMOKING ROOM ALL I SMELLED WAS 🚬 😶‍🌫️ COULDN'T BREATHE FELT VERY UNSAFE.... DIDN'T HAVE THE MINI FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE ADVERTISED 😕 very disappointing..never again

Was not able to stay. I was sent away because I’m not 21, although it only says that in the fine print on their listing. I have not received a refund or a response back regarding my refund.

Disgusting feed bug infested semen soaked mess... nothing like the picture and the clerk teied to charg e me again and the price was almost 45 dollars more. Did not have a microwave or fridge as stated no soap or towels and the place smelled like an ashtray even though i was un a nkn smoking room...it was disgusting and scary thr doirs didnt even lock ... i asked for a new room ...none available so requested a refund which wasnstated couldnt be done this place was a disaster and completely a total nightmare.

I typically really like Motel 6 but this property was DISGUSTING. The shower had old used soap on the floor, hair all over the back of the toilet, an acryclic nail in the bed, blood on the blinds, a completely unswept and FILTHY floor, and not to mentiom that there was ONE towel for two people. No hand towels, no wash clothes, just one singular towel. FOR TWO PEOPLE. And no trash can. And a broken smoke detector was sitting on the bed when we got there. So disgusting and filthy. Stay anywhere but here.

We arrived around 11 pm. While unpacking our belongings, a man asked my husband for money. Once inside our room, we noticed we had one washcloth and one stained towel. No floor mat. We called the front desk asking for more linens and were told they would bring them. They never arrived. I went down to the front desk to follow up with the manager and he informed me that the laundry was still being done. At 11 pm? This place should be avoided at all cost.

I have stayed at about 8 Motel 6’s in the past month traveling and this was by far the worst. The first room I got assigned smelled like pee and had no bedding. Second room, key didn’t work and I still don’t have a working key. It is very dusty and when I took a shower there was dirt in the tub, like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month. Sheets are dirty and the towels were not even in the room. The staff was really nice and the maintenance man was the best and helped me get in my room since I didn’t have a working key. He was very helpful. Seems to me like very bad management since I know Motel 6 can be way better than this. I feel bad for staff who has to deal with all these complaints while the manager is not fixing a thing.

Got in about midnight. Our first room the door looked like it had been kicked in. That explains why the deadbolt wouldn't work And the toilet wasn't working. So they gave us a second room but it was occupied. They were fully booked so no rooms were available. The place felt very unsafe. Would not recommend

Tried charging me a cash deposit when arriving at the property. Never heard of this. Days Inn right next door ended up being the best option.
