Sonesta ES Suites Charlotte Arrowood

The room and bathroom were very spacious. The bedding as very comfortable -we had a good night’s sleep. Front desk staff very friendly! Breakfast was good!

The area seemed a little sketchy. Some strange people (non-guests) crashed breakfast, I assume to get free food. However, the food service lady and front desk staff handled the matter professionally. The description of our room stated it had a sleeper sofa which is why I selected it. But it only had two chairs. Wanted the sleeper sofa for my husband since he’s in a wheelchair and lower beds are easier for him to get in and out of. Little perturbed by this. As it turns out, he fell trying to get into the higher king bed and I had to phone my son (lives in Charlotte) to come over to help me get him up and off the floor.

The location and front desk representative was pleasant.

Someone was in the room when I went in she said she was staff checking the room. The room was not clean Dirty towels were folded like they were clean.. Absolutely disgusting!! Two bugs I killed one and another appeared . I left the hotel in the middle of the night as I was unable to sleep. Very disappointed. Shower bar was broken and shower curtain was dirty.

Not clean went through many rooms before was given one that was not family friendly

My car was broken into over night & I never experienced a situation like that.. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay in this establishment..
