Sonesta ES Suites Charlotte Arrowood

The room had dishes and silverware and a burner to warm food. There was a nice size refrigerator. They had complimentary breakfast and they are dog friendly.

The cleaning staff were rude, the front desk was not friendly. There was very obvious drug dealing in the parking lot. They refuse to give extra towels. There were thugs hanging out in the front parking lot at night.

The property was beautiful

I had stick bugs in my room, I thought they came out of the heating unit, but night one I had three in my room and night two I had four. I showed it to the cleaning clew, and they stated they cam from outside, but they checked the window and it was closed, however I still had bugs. I did appreciate it, but I hate making a fuss, I just needed sleep after traveling 7 1/2 hours

Everything was great but the room had a broken glass in the window upon check-in

Customer service was quick. Edwin checked me, gave me a choice of what floor I wanted to stay, appreciated that.

I've stayed at many hotels before with higher ratings, not a fan of 150.00 hold.
