Sonesta ES Suites Charlotte Arrowood

Found roaches in my suite and immediately checked out and was charged double for my deposit and haven’t heard back about getting my deposit back at all

I wish that the booking of the rooms where a little more simpler. The booking of the rooms where very confusing.

The couch in the room was very uncomfortable I was so disappointed with it.

It was a pretty quiet hotel.

There was a little bit of a wait time to check in because the staff was not at the front desk when we arrived both of the staff were down the hallway. The first room we had was infested with roaches and when we asked to be moved that night they said they had no rooms available. But ironically the next morning before 8:00 there was a room available to be moved to, but that room also was infested roaches.

Room was spacious and comfortable

Could tell property had been remodeled, but still able to tell it was dated/older
