Shangri-La Wuhan

设施老旧，有股霉味。 附近修东西，不好坐的士，门口的的士都是坑人的。

日本語対応が不十分。 英語がしゃべれないと大変。

The hotel is not close to city centre but close to metro station. I can still get to those city attractions easily. The hotel staff I helpful and nice. The buffet and the food of the Chinese restaurant are good.

It was a wonderful stay in Shagri-La Hotel Wuhan, excellent service, spacious and comfortable room, great food an coffee.

Good value. This is an older Shangri-La so it is a bit worn down. Currently undergoing construction. The room was clean and comfortable

ホライズンクラブを利用させて頂きました。ホライズンクラブは世界各国で利用させていただいておりますが、武漢シャングリラ非常に良かったです。朝食は麺類や卵等のオーダーが可能であり、ハッピーアワーも食べ物がたくさんありました。また、夕方にもケーキーもありました。地下鉄の駅にも近く、コンビニが傍にあり、立地条件も最高です。

The service is always amazing . Except hotel is old but shangrilah always upkeep their standard that why it’s my prefer choice

The Shangri-La was undergoing renovation work at the time of my visit, but work was mainly centred on the entrance and reception areas. My first impression was that there were very few staff with good English proficiency, although this wasn’t too much of an issue. My room was spacious and had everything a business traveller would need. The hotel seemed a little limited for restaurants with the one I used (Asian) in urgent need of an upgrade. WiFi connectivity was pretty good and reasonably fast. The room I was allocated gave me access to the Horizon Club lounge, which was useful for a fast and convenient breakfast and check out, complementary meeting space if required and business centre facilities.

とてもリラックスした滞在が出来ました。朝食も和洋中と揃っており複数日の滞在でも飽きの来ない種類の多さ、また滞在したい良いホテルでした。

地下鉄、香港路駅から徒歩3分ほどと非常に便利な場所に有ります。 香港路駅は地下鉄３路線が乗り入れており、武漢のどこへ行くにも便利です。 全体的に施設は良くメンテナンスされていますが、さすがに古いので 所々修理が必要な場所が見受けられました。 スタッフは皆良く教育されており、さすがにシャングリラだと感じられました。
