Booked this hotel for the higher rating. But hotel was dirty, old, worn out , whatever you want to call it. Area, wasn't really close to anything or tourist ares. In the growing world of tourism, staff would run/hide if asked a english question. I picked this hotel hoping that english would be accepted , but I couldn't find that.

这可能是我住过的最老旧的香格里拉，服务各方面都没问题，非常好，但是设施显然比较老旧了，觉得差不多相当于新的4星级酒店。

整体挺不错的，出行很方便，出门2分钟就是地铁，服务挺周到的，就是一点不太好，现在酒店门口在大修，出行有点危险。
