Lovely hotel very clean, large selection of hot and cold food on fully inclusive, large pool area, very satisfied I would come back

The only reason for 2 stars is the pools are absolutely breathtaking, the location is good, and Raph (staff member) has the sweetest soul, Everything else, Horrific!! We were so excited to stay here as fans of the show Benidorm, but we were extremely disappointed within minutes of arriving, The food was absolutely disgusting, I would go to say a lot of it was inedible, We paid for half board, and every night without fail, we ate elsewhere, The lifts are torturous, half of them don’t even work, and when they do, It takes 10 minutes for the doors to close, and the lifts even break down multiple of times, which doesn’t help when you’re on the 11th floor!! The rooms are awful, Don’t stay here unless you want to book in with a chiropractor, The beds are so uncomfortable, The decor is disgusting, there are holes, cracks, You name it throughout the walls and doors, The rooms do come with a lot of facilities, including toiletries which was a bonus, and a lot of storage, The walls are paper thin, You can hear the next room going to the toilet! One thing I will say are the showers are powerful and very hot, If you’re not all inclusive, It’s very expensive to drink here, It’s worth it to go to the markets next door, and store them in your fridge instead, You couldn’t pay me to stay here again!

The hotel is ok all the staff are rude the reception staff are unhelpful and the bar staff at pool bar are even worse our room has not been cleaned beds not made all the maid does is empty the bin for two days floors are filthy your feet are black from walking on them I will never again return to this hotel it is awful the breakfast is ok that’s about it can’t believe this is a Meliá hotel can’t wait to go home if your English expect to be treated like crap !!!!! Honest review !!

The Pools were the best facility at this property.

Rooms very dated, walls paper thin.

* Broken door handle on inside laying on floor, reported twice, 3rd time I went to reception and handed them the door handle to be fixed. * Requested 2 blankets, receive 2 duvet inners removed from packaging 1 was mouldy and other had blood stains I personally took them back to reception, and received 2 blankets. * Hair dryer gave out a spark, maintance man opened up socket Hairdryer was not wired correctly according to him. * Bathroom light switch making funny noises and at times would not switch on, never fixed. * White net curtain was falling off its rail, not fixed. * Bedding was changed the day before we left 2 of the pillow cases were dirty 1 had purple hair dye stains other 1 blood and black dirt, once again had to request clean ones they did not even look washed. * Bedbugs reported nothing done about it, reported even spoke with a cleaner. To be honest these complaints must of been reported by last guest and ignored, as for the door handle the cleaner should of seen it laying on the floor. Reception staff can only do so much when issues need resolved, never rude they go the extra mile, yet there is a communication gap between the departments. During check out reception where shock that we not moved to another room, as our room would need fimigated and isolated for 3 days, never happened. We just got 6 tins of bug spray from shopping market. Due to all issues received a £10 btl of champagne & apology card, on 2nd day, took it back to reception I can purchase my own champagne. Emailed management after arriving home coming up 3 weeks no reply.

Las instalaciones eran una pasada.Y sus trabajadores más aún.Simpáticos, amables y te resolvían cualquier duda o problema en breves minutos. El aire acondicionado de la habitación iba de lujo.

-Las cola de Check-in. Más de una hora de cola porque el proceso de Check-in de los residentes ingleses era muy lento. Cuando hacer el Check-in de un residente en España fueron 7 minutos.Perdi la cena de mi día de ingreso por los tiempos de espera. -Los ascensores, en horas clave te pegabas hasta 20 minutos de cola para poder subir o bajar de tu habitación. -La habitación era muy minimalista.

Really lovely hotel. Clean and friendly staff.good entertainment options l. Only had breakfast which was really good. Rooms can be noisy but that is more the loud guests arriving back at early hours than a reflection on the hotel. Great location. We had a great stay
