Ottima ristorazione molto varia. Staff eccezionale, posizione strategica. Panorama magnifico dalla camera. Servizi, negozi, passeggiate a portata di mano, spiaggia magnifica a due minuti.

Non c'entra con la struttura, purtroppo un hotel poco distante diffondeva musica ad altissimo volume anche molto tardi o tutto il giorno sulla spiaggia.

Bardzo przyjemny obiekt, jedzenie w restauracji rewelacja, nie dało się wszystkiego spróbować.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and different shops and a 5 minute walk to the old town of Morro Jable with some nice restaurants. At the hotel we were positively surprised by the variety of foods at breakfast and dinner. The staff was the one thing that stood out the most to us! They were all so friendly and helpful :) I also loved to see some cute cats and that they seemed to be taken care of :) And of course the long sandy beaches are gorgeous! The water is calm and clean and just wonderful to relax and swim !

We never went to the pool, because there is the most amazing beach right across the street, but our room looked over the pool area and I had the feeling that it was a bit to small for such a big hotel with so many guests. It was always packed with people. We initially got quite a dark/small room with not a very nice view, that looked different to the pictures when we booked. (They very kindly gave us a different room though). But maybe make sure you request a specific location when booking. Morro Jable has gotten a lot more touristic over the past years. At the beach we were a bit shocked about the loud music and animators shouting through microphones at a hotel close by. Also the behavior of some german tourists (and there are a lot of them). But that has nothing to do with the hotel, and more with the town / clientele.

El personal del hotel hace todo lo posible porque te sientas cómodo. Pedimos una habitación para mis padres con ducha y se confundieron y nos la dieron con bañera pero al día siguiente les cambiaron a una con ducha sin ponernos ningún problema. El personal de recepción majísimo. Los camareros de la barra, del comedor de por la tarde/noche muy atentos y facilitando todo. Haciendo que te sientas como en casa Los monitores de actividades muy buenos La opción de la habitación de cortesía el día de la salida nos pareció un muy buen detalle.

La piscina cerraba a las 18. Muy pronto La animación nocturna fue solo actuaciónes musicales y salvo una en español y muy animada el resto música soul y lenta que no animaba a bailar. El viernes parece que los monitores de actividades ponen música y es muy animado pero lo hacen solo ese día. Yo lo pondría más veces. Los vasos de plástico deberían lavarse más cuidadosamente, no a mano, poco higiénico y me genero un problema de herpes labial. Se les olvidó limpiar la habitación de cortesía entre uno y otro y no nos pudimos duchar, íbamos ya con prisa y no dijimos nada, pero estoy segura que si lo hubiéramos dicho nos habrían ofrecido otra habitación, pq siempre intentaban resolver todo. Aún así repetiremos sin dudar porque lo positivo gana con creces a estos detalles
