The pool and the activity team

The only thing that they need to look at is the internet signal, it wasn’t great. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay there.

Location and how clean it was. Breakfast was nice.

Dinner was not great. Drink service was so slow. And only cheap local drinks. No proper bar staff. Pool bar snacks was shocking bad. All cold and not worth eating. Not worth going all inclusive as ended up eating out. Hotel next door had builders in from 7.30am till late afternoon drilling etc. could not stay at pool with the noise. Lucky the beach was close. I understand that it was not the hotel fault over building next door.

For us this hotel is in the perfect location, nice stroll to Morro Jable town and close to shops bars etc. Nice quiet high up room with sea view, its a bit of an uphill hike to these rooms but we didn't mind that at all, pay back was a nice quiet room with private balcony and sea view. People who don't like steep walks should make sure they get a lower room. The hotel was clean and welcoming, great staff, nice pool area and better than usual evening entertainment.

The food was a little lacking but fine for the price paid, we would have normally booked bed and breakfast but this option was not available. We did try the restaurant in the evening a couple of times but it was pretty basic. On saying that the price for dinner bed and breakfast was a price we would have expected for just bed and breakfast so not really a complaint :-)
