We liked the bedroom and balcony area which was sunny. Towels were changed in demand. The eating and social areas were comfortable. Staff were very attentive in these area

We went half board and felt that we were the poor relations. We did not have a kettle for our room and they were going to charge 6 euros per day. This was not evident when booking. I did complain. Receptionist was a bit off on arrival and not very friendly. Extensive noisy building work was carried out in a neighbouring hotel during our stay. We were not advised of this. Again complained for reimbursement. Awaiting outcome

Se faire réveiller à 4h du matin par le personnel (erreur du numéro de chambre) Sèche-cheveux très ancien La nourriture était passable Ménage à perfectionner Le personnel laisse la baie vitrée ouverte après le ménage.

Todo el personal es increíblemente amable! Las actividades diarias son una excelente forma de pasar el tiempo y relajarse sin dejar de estar entretenido. En 10 minutos estás en la playa de la pájara que es espectacular. La comida estuvo bien, hay cierta variedad. Los shows en vivo muy buenos! Mi madre se lo ha pasado genial.

La limpieza es mejorable. Aunque entraban todos los días a reponer toallas (a veces) y hacer las camas, no se hacía mucho más que eso. Una limpieza al baño y al resto de espacios vendría bien aunque sea un día sí y uno no. Aunque la cama principal es cómoda, el sofacama/cama supletoria no lo es.
