El hotel es insuperable en todos los sentidos. Está nuevo, uno de los mejores desayuno buffet que he visto. Nos dieron una habitación superior a la contratada por cortesía del hotel. Personal encantador, no podemos poner ni un inconveniente. No suelo publicar reseña pero este hotel se lo merece

Krásné prostředí hotelu, příjemná lokalita a ochotný personál na recepci. Hotel má hezký areál, bazén. Tím bohužel kladné hodnocení končí.

Hotel podle mého názoru neodpovídá standardu 5*. Úklid byl velmi omezený, voda na pokoji se nedoplňovala, u bazénu často chyběly ručníky a za vážení kufrů se platí 1 € za každé vážení. Největším zklamáním byla restaurace. Přestože hotel na Bookingu uvádí bezlepkové a vegetariánské stravování, výběr byl velmi omezený. Chybělo správné označení alergenů, personál měl problémy s komunikací v angličtině a jednou mi byly jako bezlepkové nabídnuty těstoviny, které byly zjevně stejné jako běžná varianta s lepkem. Bezlepkové pečivo bylo na konci pobytu dokonce plesnivé.

Prachtige kamers, mooie uitstraling en lekker rustige vibe. De bedden liggen heerlijk, goede kussens en goede ruime kamer. Personeel is echt heel vriendelijk en netjes! Ontbijt is goed en genoeg keuze voor iedereen. Elke dag gratis water in de koelkast is ook heel fijn.

Het was erg gehorig. Je hoorde de tv van de buren, de bovenburen hoorde je elke stap die ze zette, andere buren hoorde je niezen en praten. Dat was echt een groot nadeel. Ook de kamers beneden hebben een lekker zitje, maar geen afscherming tussen de buren. Daardoor geen lekkere plek om te zitten. Door deze dingen vind ik het geen 5 sterren waardig
