Das Hotel schien neu renoviert. Zimmer grosszuegig bemessen und modern ausgestattet. Allgemeine Anordnung der Appartments, Poolbereich, Gemeinschaftsräume sehr gelungen. Schöne Vegetation in der gesamten Anlage.

Das Essen war zwar reich an Auswahl aber das Büffet nicht sehr frisch. Die Frischware (Croissants, Waffeln, etc.) waren nicht frisch aufgewärmt sondern eher relativ trocken und „gummrig“. Zimmer scheinen etwas hellhörig zu sein.

O espaço é muito acolhedor, moderno, bem tratado e limpo. Tem uma vista espectacular sobre o Teide.

O hotel tem muita falta de funcionários. Sente-se claramente que as pessoas andam a trabalhar sob pressão e que são poucos para tudo o que tem de fazer. É urgente reforçar o staff. Eles dão o seu melhor mas sendo tão poucos é insuficiente e estão exaustos.
